FIRE & EMS
In 2016 the volunteers at station 19 vollunteered over 10,000 hours. These hours were spent running over 800 individual calls, training, attending meetings and community events. The reality is the residents of Cape Saint Claire area are fortunate to have individuals who serve as volunteer & career firefighters, and medical first responders. When an emergency arises, it is a small group of dedicated individuals who respond. Regardless of how many emergency calls there are, these individuals consistently train to keep their skills sharp. This is truly the best demonstration of the commitment of a volunteer responder. To spend countless hours training for an event that may or may not happen while they are around, is a testament of the dedication these individuals have for our community.
We're always seeking new members to join us as we serve our community. We encourage all those interested to apply, whether you're looking to respond to emergency calls or help with administrative tasks. Please take a look at our
